i've started this blog for 3years and almost one month, and it's still going. (: this is my 1000th post, and i'm dedicating it to my beloved DKSYJ. (:
finally, we met up and had our x'mas celebration together again. (: we didn't get to do x'mas together last year because some of us were away and really busy. but it's our gathering again this year! (; headed down to town at 10.30am, and we left town at 9.30pm. eleven hours of town-ing, cam-waring, craziness and really precious DKSYJ time. (: lunch at TCC & dinner was at SEOUL GARDEN. (: after the whacky 11 hours, we were aching and really dead beat. we were soooo high that we got others' attention even when we were just walking down the street. we snapped photos like nobody's business, and like we've never taken photos before, as we roamed orchard road. it has been eons since i last stepped onto town's ground, and breathe town's air. (: it was really great shopping with my dearest DKSYJ. for the first time ever since we went out together did we buy so much stuff. we each got ourselves goodies and rewards, but diane was the overall winner for our shopping spree. (: we were really high with almost everything and anything, and dinner at seoul garden was superb. even the waiter can't stand us. haha! it's just us. no noise & craziness will not be DKSYJ. (:
bought for myself a few things. shopping is really a uber relaxing and fun thing to do. (: that's why i really need retail therapy to heal my whatever wounds and unhappiness. (: i bought:

i didn't get to buy my desired havaianas sandals because THERE'S NO SIZE OF MINE. ): now i'm hating my feet for being a size 6.5/7. it's so difficult for me to get a pair of havaianas. i really regret not splurging on it when i saw it in july. all outlets in singapore has ran out of stock of size 7 havaianas. flip-flops or sandals, both types' size 7 is OOS! ): i told karen, "can you all please pull my feet longer so that i can fit into size 9?" total madness. ):

we did the following shots umpteen times before we manage to get it right, with many pairs of eyes staring at us doing these moves. haha. poor karen, diane & YZ. they took two rounds of these jumpy photos, with the camera-person switching from me to jieyan. haha. but it was really fun trying to catch the camera’s shutter timing and trying to be in the air at the same time. amongst us, YZ is the best jumper and has the best jumping style, ‘cos she’s a dancer, and a really awesome one. ((:x’mas this year is still a working day for me. payday is most prolly on thursday, and i’m super egg-cited about it. haha! now that my havaianas is off my list, I shall save up that money for something else! (: maybe… my onitsuka tiger? haha!edith DAO GEI just messaged me, and she rewarded me with “THE LISTENING EAR” & “ASK FOR HELP” vouchers. (: she’s a real love & a dearie sweetie. (: she also asked if i want to join her, rae & yeewen over to taiwan in april next year. she say that rae & yeewen suggested to ask me along. *happy* although i don’t really know yeewen, and only in this year did we start talking, i’m really happy that the three of them thought of me and even asked me to join them. (: now, i need to wait for the approval for my teacher aide job, and once approved, i can check to see if i can get to join them. (: if i get to go with them, i’ll be super happy! (:so much for a super long post! haha. i’m getting back to my “hammer heads” game. it’s addictive. (;

i fell off the chair last night because i was too high over seeing 明道 on teewee. super malu-ated. now, my right arm and right butt are hurting due to the fall. *WAH PIANG!*shopping alone yesterday was rather boring. if not for the need to buy something really important, i definitely will not do shopping alone. no one to ask comments from, no one to talk to, and it's weird to walk down the rows of shops alone. okay, A-L-O-N-E is the word. went into vivocity's NUM yesterday, and i didn't see the pair of sandals that i'm dying to get. ): the sandals left on the racks are those plain ones. i want the pair that's pink with white flowers! when i get my pay NEXT WEEK, i'm so gonna zoom down to NUM again, and make sure the salesmen there dig out the pair of sandals that i want. hohoho~ (; but i came home with my favourite. (: bought myself a pair of shoes, really pretty shoes. i've been eyeing it for about, two weeks? haha. yes! it's now MINE! woohoo~ (;last night's STAR AWARDS was a HIGH one. haha. i practically glued myself to the teewee for the full 3hours. the NG family is currently refurnishing their house. ((: we've got painters coming over since thursday, and they will still be coming over till next week ends. (: i've got a new colour for our room, our room is now more spacious and comfy. (: we've got a new study room, and i've got a new study table. i made both my room & study room PINK, in different shades. (: whee~ we've been really busy packing till like 12 midnight since thursday, now i totally feel my legs being separated from my body. haha. but having a really new and comfy environment, worth it! ((:byebye horrible bushy hair, hello straight long hair. ((: i've got my straight hair back and i'm lovin' it! haha. like finally. rebonded it on wednesday at TWISTER, and i must say it's like a thousand and one times better than where i did in the past. waiting for my hair to settle down and off i go to get it highlighted. ake bbq last night was filled with rain water. we ate and bbq-ed with umbrellas in our hands. i had fun still, especially when the girlies crowd around or under one umbrella and started to talk. (: met up with seniors like YANI LUNCHEON, AFIDAH, XIAOXUAN & FARID! (: it's nice to see them again. (:chu ting said this to me before we parted, "shirley, when you get married, remember to invite me okay?" i replied, "huh, i don't want to get married so early aye!" then she laugh and say, "then when you graduate from uni, must invite me okay?" i laughed and waved goodbye to this sweetie. shirley's happily partially employed! (: i'm giving tuition to two kids now, and it's really not easy to teach. haha! first lesson, 3.5 hours in total, but after about 2 hours of talking non-stop, i realise that my voice starts to turn "weird". i'm actually losing my voice. haha! how to become a teacher like that right? haha! but it's fun to teach. when i see that they understand what i'm talking about, i feel a great sense of satisfaction. ((:with my FIRST paycheck that's coming in at the end of december, i'm gonna get myself my havaianas sandals. (: woohoo~6th december '072nd session of tuition. the kid is uber cute. haha! was "shooked up" from my sleep by ignatious love's sms at 6.15am. he's enlisted already, and "enjoying" himself at tekong. (;
7th december '07i had a horrible facial. it was a battle. haha!

last night was one of the best performing night ever, and i will never be able to forget it. (: my final performance with MIAKE ended off at SP, with hugs and well wishes exchanged before we all bid one another goodbye. all the "all the best", "take care", "i will miss you", "must keep in touch" etc. made me feel their warmth and really cared for. they were really so touching that they nearly made me cry. i really can't bear to leave this bunch of kiddos, whom i've spend my past 1.5 years with. although it's my first time performing with the year1s and some of the year2s today, i really thought tonight was a blast. (: people have to part somehow, but it's the process and memories that are the most valuable. (: this bunch of kiddos i know today really left a deep mark within me and leaving me with the most precious memories ever. (: like i always say, my life in MI will never be complete and beautiful without the wonders made by MIAKE. (: MIAKE, always and forever my pillar of support, a place where i can never fail to seek solace from, a place that never fail to make me smile and make my day so much better, a place where numerous great friendships are formed, a place to let yourself know that you're valued... MIAKE is just the place where all MIAKE-ians can seek shelter and love from. (: no matter who you are, where you're from or where you are right now, once a MIAKE-ian, always a MIAKE-ian. (:it's my last time playing "DANCE FANTASY" last night, and i didn't really screw it all up. (: me & grace were still panicking and worrying whether we will screw the entire song up even before we went on stage. but all ended well and we received great applauses from the audience. (: i will really miss my solo, BAR98 & 118 from today onwards. i will miss my vibraphone, that "used-to-be-so-irritating" metronome & my very first angklung.when we ended our performance last night, and miss wee's about to leave, she came over to me and said, "i will miss you..." and the same to grace & tuankiak as well. i was really sad when i hear that. i hate to leave miss wee, i hate to leave MIAKE. ):okay! let's look at the PHOTOS! grace, we're so done with the whole thing already. (: i'm glad although we may have screwed up a little here and there, but it wasn't really as bad as we were afraid that it would be. (: now that the entire thing is over, i'm really going to miss those birdy times and those notes rushing. i know i've been repeating this again and again, but this year was really a nerve-wrecking one for us. every single performance that follows after SYF seems to have "dance fantasy", and there we are all over again, rushing to meet the tempo, beats and notes, and scaring outselves to the max just before we go on stage. from today onwards, we need not have nerve-wrecking moments anymore. (: i will miss you tons and thanks for being willing to accompany me in last night's performance. (: these few days are really great, and you've been a really sweet darling. (: take care my birdy partner! and we'll meet real soon. ((: *LOVES!

yinwhee. she knows my secret best, and has kept it really well. always tahan-ing my madness and gaga-ing after some events, and she ALWAYS PEEP AT ME WHILE SHE PLAY MUSIC! haha!
atika. my FIRST & last time performing with this sweet darling. (: less than 4 months of friendship, but she's a real love. (;
nadiah & wani. they almost made me cry today with their words... we love to "beach" about others then laughing like mad together after "beach-ing". haha! they really know the best words to say to make you really touched and on the brim of crying and not leaving them at all.
xiaoxuan & pearlynn came to watch us perform today. (: missed them a whole truckload.not forgetting, shuning & luqman too! ohhhh! and NANI! (:
