i'm craving for BLACK PEPPER & CHILLI CRABS! ((: last night's dinner was not really good, and it didn't satisfy my cravings. so... i want to eat them NOW! wahaha! =p

the week that just past was rather well-spent. (: completed revision:

one & a half chinese lit story
business finance & decision making for
management
international trade, balance of payment & foreign
exchange for econs
did one compre & two essays for GP
one set of maths (full paper)

i feel accomplished. ((:

almost all papers were returned, and among all, the most satisfying ones are CLA & maths. (: as for the others, i can't do anything about them now. i can only move forward, and do better during As. i shall depend on myself for econs, and strive for at least a C. mdm siti expects at least a B from me, but i hope i can do well enough for an A. i may sound a little greedy, but i hope to achieve an AAC & B4A1 in march next year. okay, actions speak louder than words. mug real hard is the best way for me to achieve what i want. ((: GOOOOO!

i'm gonna run with diane later in the evening! woohoo! we're determined to shed more kilos, and we're gonna run 7 rounds together. (; the number of rounds will keep increasing every week. (; all these running shall make up for my not running for the standard chartered marathon in december. daddy don't allow me to take part in the marathon, 'cos he's scared that as i run for the 10K, i might faint/collapse halfway through. oh well, since he don't like me to run, then i shall be a good girl. (:

GRACIE DARLING's BIRTHDAY TOMORROW! ((: happy happy birthday gracie birdie. and i seriously miss you & those bird calls + running notes like madness! *hugshugs love! (;

tomorrow's also CHILDRENS' DAY! ((: shannon's a lucky girl, 'cos she need not go to school tomorrow! ): friday was pre-childrens' day celebration in school i guess. 'cos on my way to SSDC for driving, i saw many kiddos with bags of goodies in their hands, and they are smiling from ear to ear. ((: i miss childrens' day party during primary school days. those parties and concerts... anyhow, there's a kid in everyone, regardless of how old you are. so, enjoy the day, and feel like a kid all over again. (:

today is not a good day. morning started off a little haywire, followed by more papers being returned when lessons start. things are not really fantastic, and it's just one disappointment after another. now, i just feel like crying my entire heart out, then force myself to sleep everything away. wake up, start everything all over again, and work like a maddy over the next 33 days.

over the next one month in or outside of school, i may have serious mood swings and even a weird/bad temper. do shake me & rail at me if things get out of hand. or, maybe give me some space when i don't look like & don't act like my usual self. i really need to push myself to the ultimate, and strive through the next one month. after that, i'll be fine all over again.

from today onwards, SHIRS-WORLD will be on partial hiatus, till As are over. may come back now & then, to pop some updates, or rant some frustrations.

the CLA girls collaborated with CCS, and we had the entire show going. ((: ignatius was really nice to be our "bartley bunny", who hopped all the way from the back of the audi to the stage. he really made the entire bunch of audience burst out with laughter. (;

i had a chair reserved for me that day. ((:

i miss bartley. the little audi that accomodated us all, the air-y classrooms with BIG windows & small doors, the cooling gym, and the toilet with no doors. =p

i'm a happy girl today! are you? (: haha. i think today's the HIGHEST moment for this entire week. after a few weeks of feeling down & rather shitty, whatever i had today just made me really happy. happiness was extended from friday till today. ((: LOVES!

DKSYJ outing today! ((: was so happy & excited that i didn't have the mood to really sit down and study. did only like one gp outline, and a set of maths. most of the time, i was just waiting for the clock to strike 5.15. =p

running with my dino darling was cool-ness. we did 2.4km today! haha. 6 rounds round the stadium was rather a "challenge" for us, especially when we haven't been running for like 5 months? haha! but, we finished 6 rounds! ((: after running, we went back to her house for our shower. before showering, she fed me with a bowl of dessert that her mama prepared for me *aunty is super sweet! ((: *, and a piece of 老婆饼. ((:

oh! after our run today, we bumped into MR WU, who taught in PSS. (: diane remembers him, but i only have some vague memory. he asked what are we doing now, while diane proudly declares NTU, i proudly declares MI. (: he even asked if it was my last year, and also about this particular tall girl who plays volleyball. diane & i gathered that he's referring to riccia. haha! (; well, i kinda miss PSS's teachers, whom i've not seen for ages. ): mrs gan arranged for this gathering for all her chem students which i missed last year, due to piano practical exam. and this year? i missed teachers' day visiting AGAIN, due to driving at SSDC. =x okay, i will TRY not to miss it next year. i wanna see the teachers who are still in PSS. (:

i keep having to chase after buses today. =x ran after 107 when i went to meet diane, and ran after 62 when we both went to meet the rest of DKSYJ. and we chased for 62 after we showered lah! so we were all perspire-y when we reach hougang mall. still, we exchanged hugs & hellos. ((: KAREN MANAGED TO JOIN US! ((: finally, the entire DKSYJ is back. ((:

karen is still as pretty & fair as ever. (: yun zhen still as laugh-y as ever. (: diane is still as mad as ever. (: and jieyan still as cranky as ever. (: BUT! i don't get to see jieyan's BOTAK head! ): i asked him to snip off his hair, so that i can see him BOTAK. =p but he did become fitter than before, and he claimed that he put on weight after serving NS. haha! =p

had AJISEN RAMEN for dinner tonight! and we had a great time laughing, teasing one another & not forgetting, YAKKING! ((: the entire place was filled with our voice and laughter, and we didn't bother about the people around us. that's just US making a little noise. want more than this noise level? wait till year end. (; we promise endless joy & noise, and sure, no one can stand us. HAHA! =p

after our dinner and fun, we started cam-waring! ((: our favourite past-time! ((: we can never leave for home without taking photos with one another. so now, we all have got updated photos of DKSYJ! yay! (:

she's my dino darling. (: cute hor! finally, i'm no longer un-glam/retarded in our cranky photos! =p

karen's a dearie. (: i miss her like truckies loadies, including lorries & buses. =p

i really had a lot of fun today. (: although it's just a short 2 hour plus gathering, i'm really happy that DKSYJ is back together again. (: all the talks and laughter we had just now, were really awesome. (: thanks for the hugs & lucks for my As before we went home just now. (: they will be my greatest booster as well, for the remaining days of mugging & chiong-ing! (: and i'll be looking forward to year end, when we all meet again, and have more more fun. (: hopefully, by then, i would have already cleared TP, then we can drive round town without having to squeeze with people on the buses & trains. (: thank you DKSYJ, for the wonderful night. (: i really love every single one of you, and i really can't wait for year end to come. (: LOVES & HUGS TO YOU FOUR DEARIES. ((: truckloads of misses!

chelsea & manchester united was having a game just now. lampard didn't play i guess, 'cos i don't see him on the field. ): just before half-time, Man U scored a goal, with chelsea scoring none. IT's OKAY! go chelsea! ((: daddy's asleep i guess, so can't check the score with him. whatever it is, GO CHELSEA! (;

enough of happy times & great enjoyment. time to get back to real serious mugging. later today, it will be the beginning of serious business, and it's just for the next 35 days. (: i'll strive through it! YES I WILL! ((: i wanna be diane's junior, and jieyan's senior! wahaha. i want to be in the same school as diane again, so that she can help me with all the administration stuff when i get into NTU, and i want to drive her to school! school was dry today. but, my day started off really great, with a box of candies, that really sweeten everything, including all the bitter-ness i had before this morning arrived. (: now the pink piggy is sitting on top of that box of candies, accompanying me through all the revisions & papers i'll be ploughing through. (: they are my greatest encouragement and will be my best "stress remedy"! ((: lovelove to the sweet boy who gave them to me. *hugs* ((:

please, don't bring me up there, and let me fall to pit bottom. i can't take it, and i do not have the will and energy to play in this game. at least, not for the next two months.

as much as i hate for it to happen, two parts of two papers were returned to us today. one made me smiled really widely, the other brought me a frown and disappointment. chinese language was done with a much seen improvement as compared to mids, and i really smiled at the grade i received. (: it has been super long, since i last saw that grade i received, and i'm really happy with it. (: econs mcq was below my expectation, and worst of all, below my own "self-set-threshold". i didn't clear it again, and i nearly cried when i saw my paper with only 10/30. although there's something wrong with the OAS machine, and i actually scored 13/30 instead, it's still way below expectation. ): i know it's too late for me to regret taking up econs, especially when i have only 39 days left to my big As. i can only push myself even further, and harder to ensure at least i secure at least a C grade for the As if possible. ):

well, dino darling says, i must say, "I CAN DO IT!", and i sure can do it. (: i can i can i can!

dino darling is my greatest love, and DKSYJ is my greatest pillar of support. (: when i face really terrible and shitty days in MI, especially this year, although DKSYJ can't be with me, i've found myself a bunch of lovelies to tide through all the ups & downs, be with me, support me and never left. (: after three full weeks of not seeing people like EDITH, IGNATIOUS, SHER, JAS, YICHUANG, LEONG, KIAT, JUNLONG, TK, SYAZA, FAD, HIDAYAH W, SERA, HENDRA SUNSHINE, FAHMI etc., when i get to see them all around in school today, i feel really happy. (: they are like my daily dose of happiness and love in school, and i really feel blessed to have them in my life. ((:

time really flies. i've been in MI for three full years. these three years are ending like so quickly, and i seem to haven't have enough of school days, where days are filled with playing, talking, learning & not forgetting all those little gossips & secrets that we spill to one another... and those times when we start to talk about this this this, that that that... =p school life is filled with endless wonderful moments. (: from the start of being part of MI, to being part of MIAKE, to meeting those wonderful lovelies whom i've crossed path with, and to all those whom i've built really great & close friendship with, i really really really enjoy and appreciate every single moment. (: how i wish time could just stop, and never go on, so that i can keep on enjoying what i am enjoying now. yes, how i wish...

whatever, i had my fair share of fun, and all the changes & obstacles that i've faced, especially this year, i hope they did make me stronger & braver? and also a better friend, and a better person to be with? i got to really say, i'm really thankful for being able to know people like all 05a2-ians, leong, ignatious and many others only this year. these are the people who made life a really different experience when i'm in an all new environment, and facing really different things and people. they made life easier, and much more fun-loving. (;

okay, enough of all the emo-y good days. daddy's undergoing a mini operation tomorrow, to remove a little lump at his neck. may the op be smooth, and daddy will be safe & sound. (:

after like donkey years, i'm finally meeting my dearest DKSYJ. (: the last time we really really met as an entire group is last year during yz's birthday celebration? after that, it was more of our separated meet ups. ): or rather, they meet up together without me, because of my busy schedule. ): ake pracs for syf and i-day made me lose the chances of being with them to celebrate their birthdays, because all our bdays fall between jan - may. and after that, i got to mug for mids, then prelims, and now, As. and it's really difficult for me to set aside time to meet up with them. ): anyhow, i'm meeting them this sunday for dinner! ((: it's time i make up to them huh! so yes! i'm gonna meet diane & jieyan for a run at the stadium in the evening, and then over to diane's place to shower, then meet up yz and hopefully, karen at hougang mall for dinner! ((: i'm so excited about sunday! woohoo! (;

didn't do much shopping today, 'cos mummy went to OG to do her point redemption thingy. what's there for me to see/buy at OG? nothing, 'cos that place don't suit me. haha! well, cannot really say i didn't buy anything. i bought a paper tray, and mummy bought us a new set of bedsheet, which i've decided to call it the "moomoo bedsheet", 'cos of the design. (; it's cute luh! the pillow case is PINK, with a cow in the middle. (; it's good to have young siblings, 'cos i get to use cute bedsheet! =p okay, i know, i'm still like a kid. =x

i love my new blogskin! haha. a simpler one and easy-to-work-with. i can change my header photo anyhow i want it to be. (; yadayada!

YAYYYY! (((((: prelims are over! relieved that they are all over. whatever the results are going to be like, they are all over. i hope i did okay, i really hope i did and gave my best.

after days of mugging and being in total madness, i'm so gonna give myself a good day break. (: mama's bringing me shopping tomorrow, and i can sleep in tomorrow too! there's no school on monday and tuesday due to marking day, so more days to sleep in! (; haha. i feel so deprived of sleep totally. =x i went for my econs paper yesterday, and chinese lit paper today with a super bad headache, and i feel terrible while doing the paper. ): i nearly cried 'cos my head was really hurting like nuts, and it seems to be bursting as i tried to focus on the papers. ):

satuday night's dinner was great. (: i had a great time downing myself with laughters while looking at aunty yvonne & uncle raymond's kids, and talking to wenqian, wanting, wan xing & jon. ryan & roy are like super cute please. they can fight and eat at the same time, and they are really a pair of loving brothers. ((: grandma's happy, and she even get to sit in daddy's newly bought mercs benz. (; she really had a great great time enjoying the wonderful food, and receiving all the wishes & ang-baos the guests gave. (:

there's a typhoon going on in taiwan, and it's heading towards "zhe jiang" in china, and its going towards shanghai too! and, nancy dear dear is in SHANGHAI! =x she's now at home, waiting for typhoon to come. =x she didn't paste her windows with big big masking tape-d "X", 'cos she don't have masking tape. she get to leave early from work today because of the typhoon, and she's hoping the typhoon last, so she won't have to work tomorrow. =x that girl is crazy, who think's that it's an exciting process. =x hope things are okay for her there, and the typhoon won't be scary.

i think i am really slow. i open this blog page since 8pm. it's 11+ already, and i'm still blogging. haha! ok, i am really slow. =p

yes, it's a photo taken YEARS ago. my beloved GOH squad in 2003. till now, if i didn't remember wrongly, we're the only 30-ish NP cadets who don our NO.1 in PSS. ((: we look smart, don't we? (; this is the result slip we're returning to shi han, rodrick & low wei, after ENDLESS trainings over saturdays, even during camps and after school hours. it was tiring, torturous, yet, a memorable one. i can remember on that OSO night, we were all so excited about don-ing our NO.1, and none of us are willing to let ourself slip out of that uniform. even though that night's dinner was COLD FILLET O' FISH, it tasted awesomely yummy. ((:

that day was the FIRST time daddy & mummy went to school to watch me "perform" after kindergarten days. and i also remember, i invited moses over that night, and he watched me march through the entire thing, and cheered me on while i'm marching out. (: that was the last night when things were peaceful & great between us. any day after that, we screwed them up totally & horribly. =x

i solved maths problems MYSELF today! ((: without my sister's help, cos she refuse to help me, and i started to let my tears bag run again. ): i was super lost when she didn't want to teach me, and i feel stupid all over again. ): but! there are things and people that made me cheer up again, and they made me move even further. ((: YAY!

alright! it's 2.45am now. and time for me to sleep. ever since thursday, i've been having late nights. my eye rings are worst off than those pandas, but I'M PERSEVERING! (:
